Daddy CP is a South London-based DJ with over 40 years of experience, widely respected within the reggae and sound system community. He began playing music at age 4, inspired by his father’s record collection, and was later influenced by legends like David Rodigan and Tony Williams.

He officially started DJing in 1982 as part of the sound system Construction E.S.Q, going on to play at iconic London venues including All Nations, Granaries Night Club, and the historic British Telecom Dances in the West End. Over the years he has worked alongside renowned presenters such as Daddy Ernie, Commander B, and Sugar Dread.

In 2000, Daddy CP moved into radio presenting on Lightning FM with his DJ partner Samson (aka Uncle Gerry), later contributing to London Community Radio and Reggaewave Radio. He now brings his extensive musical range to Kurizma 878, hosting the Reggaematical Flava Show.
